Random Pictures

I have all of these pictures that don't really go with anything else but that I think are cute. Here is Kira getting ready for her first sleepover at her friend Jaycee's house. She was SOOO excited.

Here is a picture that Kira painted to learn about symmetry at preschool and these are little playdough people that mommy and Kira made together. There is a princess, prince and two turtles. Here is Bryce just hanging out in his bouncer. I caught him between crying spells.
Here is a piece of the cadbury egg wrapper that I accidentally dropped on Bryce's head as I tried open it and bounce him to sleep in his snuggli at the same time. I really needed some chocolate!Kira and Kate set up camp in the coat/vacuum closet. They were pretending it was their bedroom. Nothing ever stays in it's rightful place in the house with these two on the loose.
And finally...this was one of my favorite gifts we got when Bryce was born. They are "Pee-Pee Teepee's for the sprinkling wee-wee:) I laughed for days when I saw them and I think they are so clever. They work too!

Easter Time!

Easter Morning was so much fun this year. Kira was really into it and our little sweet tooth Kate was SO EXCITED for the candy. Bryce didn't really know anything was going on, but it was fun for us to share his first Easter with him. Here is Kira's haul!
Once Kate found an egg we could not get her to look for any more until she had opened it and eaten the candy. She still didn't quite get the whole concept of the more eggs you get, the more candy you get, so Kira got most of the eggs...
but then she shared with Kate. She is such a good sharing girl:)
Kira with her new jumprope and barbie mariposa watch.
Bryce with his first Easter bunny and a rattle. He looks so excited don't you think!
One of my favorite Easter traditions is picking our Easter dresses for the girls. I love having them match and I love this picture of them looking so cute and all smiles.
I tried to match the "spring green" of the girls dresses with Bryce's outfit. He looked so Eastery!
Kira loving on Bryce.
Here are the girls showing off how big their dresses twirl, they were having so much fun in their new dresses.
I had to put this picture in because it is classic Kate. She is one moody girl. I had just asked if she wanted more candy or something and this is the look I got. It is a look I get often:)
All the girl cousins in their "Spring Green" Easter dresses. Lilly, Anna, Kate and Kira. They look so cute.
We threw Bryce into the mix and they all looked so cute.
Easter Egg Hunt in Grandma Jane's backyard. Kira and Anna - ready, set, go!
Anna finding grandma's expertly hidden eggs.
Kate showing off her Easter eggs.
Me, Mom and Bryce.
Little Lilly, trying her best to keep up with the bigger kids.
Kira decided that she wanted to plant her Easter eggs in grandma's flower pot. I think she thought she could grow more candy:)
Grandpa guy, assuming his usual sleepy position.
All the girls jumping on the trampoline. What a fun Easter!

And then there were three...

Hi. Well I am just starting the night shift of being mommy to a newborn so I thought I'd update the old blog with some new pics of the family. I know I haven't written for a while, but life has been a little crazy around our house latley. So far having three kids isn't that different than having two kids except for the absolutley ZERO hours of sleep I get each night, and the fact that I now have three little things attached to me every second of the day, which makes mommy a little bit crazy and cranky. But other than that we are having so much fun with our new little bryce-ster. Kira and Kate constantly want to hold him and squeeze him and kiss him, so I am busy making sure he can still breath after being smothered by his two loving big sisters! They really are having a lot of fun with "mine brodder" as Kate would say.

Here is Bryce at two weeks old. He's so cute I could just eat him up!
This is just after his first real tubby.
Here is poor Bryce trying to survive his loving sisters.
Kira is such a good big sister and is so happy to help with the baby. The girls really can't get enough of Bryce. They made beds by his bouncer so that they could stay close to him.
Here are some pics of us enjoying the sunshine. It was such nice weather we just had to play outside. Kira made a table, chair and a yummy dinner of sticks grass and snow for herself.
Kate had fun pushing her bike around the driveway.
Playing on the fence - so cute:)
I guess it's good we enjoyed the sun, because the next day it snowed! Go figure.
Here is Bryce and his daddy.
These are just more pics of Bryce.
This is my favorite face that he makes. He puckers his lips or puts them in an "O" shape and just stares at you (or sleeps:))
